Full Time
- Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues; meetings, filling, scheduling, minutes and correspondence. - Coordination with Finance department; invoices collection. - Handling phone calls and sending e-mails. - File managements and database administrative work. - Preparing and reviewing daily tasks. - Conducting accounting day to day activities, during the month/quarterly and yearly closing. - Paying and Reconciling AP (Accounts Payables Perform Reconciliation)
- Bachelor degree business administration or Accounting. - Excellent using of all MS office applications - Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills. - Good knowledge of telephone protocol. - Ability to work under pressure.
Business Administration
1 - 2 Years.
