| Description | • Development and management of manufacturing processes for various product lines. This includes defining and developing work and process flows, material usage, tooling, equipment and fixtures needed and estimating labor and process times required. • Creation and maintenance of the manufacturing bill of material (BOM) and material master in the SAP business system. This involves defining manufacturing routings for each product line and conducting make versus buy analyses for in and/or outsourcing decisions. It also includes translating engineering BOMs to manufacturing BOMs and approving and incorporating design engineering changes into manufacturing. |
