General Purpose:To plan and carry out all logistics-related sales activities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery. 1. Develop and maintain a customer database 2. Generate and qualify leads 3. Source and develop client referrals 4. Prepare sales action plans and schedules 5. Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials 6. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities 7. Make sales calls to new and existing clients 8. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients 9. Negotiate with clients 10. Develop sales proposals 11. Present sales contracts 12. Maintain sales activity records and reports 13. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person 14. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships 15. Follow up on sales activity 16. Quality checks on product and service delivery 17. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management 18. Conduct market research and surveys 19. Monitor competitors and, market conditions
1. Knowledge of relevant computer applications 2. Knowledge of principles and practices of sales 3. Knowledge of customer service principles 4. Knowledge of basic business principles 5. Experience in sales 6. Experience in making presentations 7. Proven ability to achieve sales targets 8. Reasonable English knowledge is essential
