| Description | - Responsible for developing preventive maintenance plans for entire plant machinery - Ensure coordination with warehouse department on spare parts availability. - full responsibility for resolving machinery breakdowns - periodic follow-up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work - Responsible for developing reduction of costs methods allocated to the maintenance of machinery - Prepare a training plan for employees according to the needs of each section independently in coordination with the Department of Human Resources. - Full responsibility for reporting according to the stated quality systems and HACCP and ISO in all maintenance stages. - Ensure the provision of a suitable system for industrial safety and fire fighting and ensure the implementation of instructions, industrial safety, and occupational safety methods in factory and workshop in addition to ensuring the commitment of plant personnel to the system ISO 18001. - Review and approve regular reports on the progress of maintenance work and means to overcome technical issues. |
| Qualifications | - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Min. 10 years of maintenance experience preferably in FMCG company. - Strong Knowledge of GMP,ISO,HYGIENE,FOOD SAFETY,HAACP - Proficient English Language skills. - Excellent computer skills. |
