| Description | -Review invoices. -Apply Matching to invoices (1,2 &3Way matching). -Process AP payments procedures (i.e. Checks & Wire). -Prepare analysis of accounts. --Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date -Vendor files maintenance. -Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries -Aging of Accounts Payable. -Monitor & Review Accounts Payable Sub Ledger for accuracy. -Perform all other duties assigned to him by Accounting Manager. |
