1.Define the product strategy and road map 2.Develop the annual plan for Fund Raising / Sales Plan for 3.Develop the marketing plan for Year 09/10 4.Work with external third parties: Advertising Agency- media Buying and Planning agency and PR agency to insure that the needed campaigns are delivered through the most effective media channels 5.Manage a professional communication with the third parties to insure that briefs given are meeting the business requirements 6.Deliver on the monthly revenue forecast 7.Propose an overall budget for the marketing plan to ensure success 8.Align and work closely with the fund raising brand managers on a regular base to insure a thorough communication on the marketing plans and the Fund raising Needs 9.Co-ordinate with all other departments to insure delivering all the reporting system set by the marketing department 10.Analyze and Monitor the institutional turnover vs forecast 11.Participate in developing the 5 years Business Plan with the departments head
1.Minimum of 5 years experience working within the marketing Department 2.3+ years of experience in the Brand Manger job preferably in Multi-National- FMCG 3.Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products 4.Bachelors degree in Business Administration 5.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 6.Preferably FMCG – Multinational Experience
