Excellent command of English and Arabic both spoken and written. Additional language is a plus.

Receive all training notifications forms from the registered service providers through e-mail. Verify submitted data from the Service Providers and offer technical support. Collect and verify data related to monitoring services. Recommend and plan unannounced field visits to pre-selected Training Courses at ad-hoc basis. At the conclusion of the site visit; provide IMC with reasonable assurance that the goals of financing these training courses are met by evidencing that the training courses are taking place in the exact dates and location mentioned in the Monitoring Sheet for the exact number of trainees as per the endorsed IMC/ITC LoCs. Work closely with IMC Financial Department to review, verify and inspect the submitted documents to finalize the payments for the service providers.  Work closely with the other members of the Quality Assurance and Contracts Control team in all the IMC branches to arrange and coordinate the arising field visits and receiving the feedback from them. Identify visits findings and programmatic issues rose during the visits and report them to the Contracts Control Manager with recommendation for corrective actions. Arrange for and attend discussion meetings with the Service Providers regarding site visits’ findings and IMC/ITC recommendations. Serve as a primary liaison with the ITC; Actively build professional and effective working relationships with the Service Providers.
University degree in a related field; Experience in a similar or related position Direct or indirect experience in implementation and/or administration of technical assistance projects, preferably funded by international donors Proficient user of MS package with focus on Word, Excel and Power Point.
