5) Web Development Experience: ASP, JavaScript, HTML.
6) Experience in Third Party Controls (Infragistics, devExpress) is a plus.

It is not a 1 YEAR it is written 1+ the plus sign means more than one years i.e. from two to above and that the company formula and also it is a known formula
