HR Specialist urgently required for a leading Agriculture Production & livestock well known company In Egypt with more than 7770 Hectare of agriculture & Dairy farms aiming to be the first in organic agriculture & dairy production in the Middle East.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare bi weekly the Hiring & Resignation Report
Prepare Reports regarding the vacation plan status & contracts
Arrange new hires boarding & orientation
Handle the Medical Insurance
Handle the Mobile lines & other benefits
Conduct Exit Interview for Technicians & workers
Make contracts with Workers Providers
Conduct Monthly sites visit & prepare report regarding it
Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management.
Provide/Receive guidance to other team members and staff as well.
Ensure that the HR objectives set by the company are met properly.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1- Bachelor Degree
2- HR Diploma is an asset
3- English: Excellent.
4- 1-3 Years in in the field of Benefits, Compensation & Personnel.
