Description | Develop administration policies and procedures by effective communication with different departments to ensure adherence to company rules and labor law. Responsible for Managing &Supervising the administration department which includes the following divisions ( Maintenance , Security , cleaning , Fleet , Warehouse , HSE ) with a manpower of 300 employee in all the branches . • To arrange for procurement of all required furniture as well payment of Rental, Electricity Transportation, Stationary, Computer Equipment and in coordination with the purchasing department. • To follow up on renewing and issuing all types of insurance certificates for company assets including but not limited to robbery, fire. • Responsible for delivering different administrative services through paying expenses on time (rental cost, telephone lines, and electricity) to ensure sustainability of services. • |
