Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio. The candidate need to be capable of managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience. Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory. Ensure achievement of Sales targets. Increase market share and correct product positioning. Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the sales team reporting unto him. A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales. Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his sales team. Works closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
Graduate with MBA or B. Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute. At least 8-10 years sales and marketing experience in IT Hardware industry. We are looking for a talented, Enthusiastic, technology focused developer to join our team.
