| Description | • The Drilling Supervisor act as the Company’s representative on the rig, ensuring that all well-site operations are performed in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner. • Maintain an accurate inventory at the well-site of all Company and Contractor equipment and consumable materials. • Liaise with all Contractors on the rig keeping them fully abreast of current and planned drilling / completion / testing activities. Notify them of any developments or program changes which may influence safety and operability of the rig. • Manage the day-to-day operations associated with the well, including planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost control and the clear and concise reporting of all well site activities and events. • Ensure full compliance with the Company HSE policy standards and objectives. Deliver high quality, cost-effective wells according to the approved well programs and resolve operational problems as they arise. |
| Qualifications | -B.S. in Petroleum Engineering “Drilling” -Valid IWCF/IADC well control certificate at Drilling Supervisor Level -Experience of drilling through loss circulation zones, directional drilling for slanted and horizontal wells. -Experience of well testing / completion / work-over operations. |
