Description	Initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design & architecture, and execute project assignments. Ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. Exposure to pre-sales and proposal development activities, formal quality processes and Min. 5 years’ experience in project management, PMP certification is a plus. Duties & Responsibilities: Should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design & architecture, and execute project assignments. Ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. Exposure to pre-sales and proposal development activities are essential. Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts is necessary. PMP Certification is a plus.
Qualifications	Web Technologies – JAVA EJB, J2EE, JSP, Web Services, SOAP, CORBA, Orbix, VisiBroker, XML J2ME, MQSeries, TIBCO, Web sphere, Web Logic, Netscape Enterprise Server, Sun One, BPML/BPEL Databases - Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, OLAP, Oracle Systems Integration - Infrastructure/ Security Solutions Data warehousing and Business Intelligence: Data warehousing technologies and solutions, Data Archiving solutions. Designing ETL, Data warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions using products such as  COGNOS, Informatics, Business Objects, Micro Strategy, Oracle and Teradata
