Description	Scope of Work / Tasks: • To follow up of the list of suppliers and completing the Legal Entity files and the Financial Identification documents. • To follow up the contacts and purchase orders and encode them in the ABAC accounting system. • To register the transactions in the ABAC accounting system on a daily basis. • To assist in the execution of the monthly emissions of the accounting reports of the financial transactions • To follow modifications in the accounting of the Delegation according to Headquarters’ observations • Registering the transactions of the expenses for Press, Information and Culture. • To co-ordinate with the Accountant and with the Head of Administration the financial circuits and the procedures applicable. • To control the cash box balance on a daily basis. • To follow up the recovery of sales tax from the Government. • To monitor and follow up master budget and analyse financial payments. • To perform other tasks that may be required
Qualifications	Profile: • Qualified as an Accountant either through specialised education plus two years experience in the accounting field or from job experience in the accounting field of minimum five years. • University degree • Excellent computer knowledge and software. • Professional standards of reliability, confidentiality and job dedication. • Ability to work in a team and adapt to multicultural environment. • Very good command of writing and speaking English / Arabic. Command of French would be an asset. • Good organisation sense with a capacity to prioritise work.
