Medicare is the first Health Maintenance Organization in the Middle East. Medicares aims to provide the highest medical services through integrating and coordinating the relations between the various parts, health care providers and our clients.Admin assistant performs moderately difficult secretarial and clerical duties under direct supervision and mentoring from the senior and first admin assistant. Examples of work performed may include typing or word processing correspondence, memos, reports; setting up and maintaining files and record systems, sorting mail, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, or scheduling appointments. May operate photocopier, facsimile, or other office equipment. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department this may include anything from arranging important conferences/ meetings with senior clients This is a full time job
Requires one year of relevant experience in secretarial work and competency in Microsoft office programs required and database management is a plus
