Description | Build and manage international sales agents, partners and brokers network Participate, coordinate and follow up on all international exhibitions and events that will be organized to sell the project Act as international marketing support to all the sales agents, partners and brokers and provide continuous training to all of them Stay abreast with all in trends and developments in the international real estate market Provide regular market intelligence including competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas Create clear, precise and properly detailed and updated client lists, by client type and ensure contact database is continuously updated Develop comprehensive, compelling and effective sales pitches and product proposals relevant for the target markets, customers and investors Suggest marketing and communications support requirements Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, pricing and other revenue generation activities Build a professional and trusting relationship with all clients and agents Work with the Engineering Development to create new project concepts that are commercially suitable for the target markets. Develop a budget sales plan and projected cash flow analysis for all international market sales Establish annual sales objectives and plan and provide quarterly and monthly revisions and updates |
