Description
Effectively provide assistance to the manager, maintains appointment calendar, schedule meeting, prepare report and presentations- may attend meetings to record and transcribe, prepares monthly and quarterly summery reports as required, prepare PowerPoint presentation for any information by any language, translate all documents received if required and to be distributed for all concerning people, follow up all running orders and issues reports of the actual situation.

A graduation degree in management or arts related field, with 1:5 years’ experience with a relative field

Other Skills
