Description	- Directs and controls all Human Resources services in the company. - Involve significantly in senior management planning on broad issues affecting the business. - Formulates and develops the human resources policies and procedures. - Implements and coordinates established human resources policies and programs throughout the company - Create and oversee the performance and review process for effectiveness, compliance, and communication within the organization - Conduct job analysis, salaries and incentives, compensation, etc. - Implement an education strategy on the organization vision
Qualifications	- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Human Resources is preferred. - Age Limit - 30 to 45 years - Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager - Influencing, persuading, negotiating ,Hard worker - Leadership skills - Communication Skills, Computer Literate
