Description	Solution Development and Delivery a. Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions. b. Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements. c. Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. Project Execution a. Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines b. Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management. c. Accurately employs our development tools. d. Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans. Relational Databases a. Understands basic relational database concepts. b. Confidently writes the four basic SQL statements. c. Possesses knowledge of various database access methods. Tools: a. Joomla b. Php/ MySQL c.  Ajax d. Online payment modules e. JQuery f.  Html/CSS g. Apache Server h. Experience in Unix/ Linux platform
Qualifications	• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Min one year in analysis and design of software projects. • Strong knowledge of PHP, Java Script, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML. • Comfortable with both object oriented and procedural programming methodologies. • Knowledge installing, configuring and maintaining Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP packages. • Strong knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, table normalization and database design. • Knowledge of AJAX development a plus. • Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices. • Familiar with UML • Strong knowledge of database design and tuning. • Fluent in English both speaking and writing. • Hard worker, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
