Description	• Carries out daily inspection of mall utilities & building, takes the necessary corrective actions and reports to the Regional Facility Manager • Follows up on both in house & outsourced work executions & ensures good quality of works according to MAF standards and good practice • Maintains Logs & records of electromechanical equipment for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, replacements & malfunctions • Responsible about procurement of contracts, work orders and supplies up to a value of EGP 50,000 and assists in the procurement of contracts, work orders and supplies above EGP 50,000 • Liaises with mall management (operations, marketing & promotions and media) for the required provisions during promotions & events • Ensures that Health & Safety precautions & procedures are adhered by all in house and outsourced works and contractors. • Co-ordinate with Operation Manager on tenants and customers complaints and follow-up all issues • Supervise the technical department team and prepare their rosters, overtime schedules, etc. • To work on the BMS to get data for energy efficiency analysis and monitor the consumption. • To maintain ACC-MEP Drawings. • To be in charge and hand responsibility for operation and maintenance of Civil, Painting, Electrical, Diesel Generator, and Lighting control system.
Qualifications	1. Graduated from engineering faculty. 2. Must be trouble shooter, polite and persuasive to the tenants, Contractors. 3. Should be well organised and strictly follow the time management. 4. Must be familiar to handle power shutdown and power restoration works. 5. Must be familiar with centrifugal chillers & pumps. 6. Must be familiar with standard Microsoft Softwares such as Excel, Word etc 7. Must be able to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings 8. Proficient Arabic reading & writing 9. Able and willing to learn. 10. Team worker 11. Good Leader
