| Description | 1) Manage and coordinate his team. 2) Apply the standard procedures. 3) Revising all equipments during the shift 4) Following up the operators performance 5) Monitoring and checking the flow during the shift 6) Monitoring and checking the flow (entering) 7) Following up the equipments maintenance schedule 8) Reporting the equipment breakdown to the maintenance whenever happened 9) Interacting with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables 10) Interacting with sub-contractors for removing the refusals 11) Reporting all incidents occurring in the Plant during the shift. 12) Ensures the plant is constantly properly operating during the shift. 13) Reviewing Lab daily report to ensure meeting all specifications. 14) Training the operators to be recognized with all areas in the plant. 15) Follow the samples schedule. 16) Inform the superintendent if any out of norm matter happens during the process. 17) Report every issue happening during his shift in the handover report. 18) Dispatch the safety information to his team 19) Propose technical or organizational idea to improve the work 20) Make sure the safety rules are applied for his employees and subcontractors 21) Take care to keep clean all areas while working 22) Be sure that all workers have the suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) and the suitable accreditation (electrical, confined space, atex…) to work 23) Check work permit when any one is performing a job on site. |
| Qualifications | Education Bachelor degree of Engineering, Electrical /Mechanical/Chemical department, Bachelor Science, chemistry. Experience 3 to 4 years in the same or relevant role. Languages Fair command of English & Arabic. Computer Fair understanding of PC usage. |
