•To develop final design of customized solution and issue implementation diagrams. •To support and validate pre-sales preliminary customized solutions design during sales process. •To support Key Account Management technical sales with equipments / technology data related to technical specification, costs and usage instructions. •To negotiate and establish agreements with vendors (when they are involved in the design and implementation process) and manage equipments ordering process. •To coordinate with field operations installation of H/W at client premises. •To coordinate with logistics H/W acceptance of equipments, perform pre-configuration Communicate vendors H/W repair/replacement and upgrades. •To witness handing-over to clients, activate solutions commissioning and notice EMS. •To support 2nd level support for both Provisioning team & Enterprise call center team in troubleshooting process if needed. •To develop as-built drawings and diagrams (in case of modification after implementation). •To communicate with Network operation for network upgrade, migrations and new solutions implementation. •To communicate with the global partners to verify the connectivity solutions for the GDS customers. •To communicate with local competitors to verify the connectivity solution if there is a need for interconnection-NNI-between each other & this will be done to meet sales approach.
Excellent Knowledge in Computer Systems. Excellent with Microsoft Office Especially Excel. Fast Keyboard Processing Speed. Good command of Time Management and establishing priorities.
