- Contacting either suppliers or customers, coordination with manufacturers, preparing submitting, follow up, negotiation, finalization and execution orders. - Designing, costing, assembling Conveyor Systems. - To provide effectiveness within all Mechanical activities o Conveyor Systems. This includes the handling of existing Mechanical activities and the development of new potential ones. - At a later stage, handle Mechanical activities on defined export markets in the Middle East. -Co-ordination of orders with different departments. -Correspondence with either customers or suppliers (Written or Verbal). -Knowledge of the company and its products-through knowledge of all products and required data and details; continuously read up on new data to enable proper presentation at the market. - Satisfying the prospective customers needs with the right suitable products in coordination with the technical support team. -Generate the new quotation and / or proposals as requested regarding Mechanical components. - Update both the actual and forecasted sales reports as assigned. |
