•Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. •Study intensively the business unit product line, keep on acquiring the latest technologies to formulate the best solution to the customers to map the business needs. •Set tender specifications according to the companys portfolio . •Technical study of the tenders and define the best technical solution (required equipment , quantities, management solution , installation material …..) •Answer all the technical part of the tender documents . •Interfaces with the customer on all the technical issues related to electronic communication product. •Increasing market share by supporting business development through exploring growth opportunities & analyze competitors and their solutions . •Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. •Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. •Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery. •Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. •Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, and computer systems. •Diagnose problems with installed equipment.
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills. •Strong self-motivation and commitment towards sales target achievement •Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. •Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. •Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solve in stressful situations. •Must be able to work independently with great accuracy. •Team player with ability to work with people from various backgrounds. •Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions, Technical expertise and knowledge of electronic manufacturing and production system, electronics rework and repair solutions .
