•Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. •Assist in arranging for University events by arranging for facilities and caterer, announcement and invitations within the assigned budget. •Assist in preparing event’s agenda and arranges for minutes and documentation. •Maintains and establishes an updated filing system and database. •Prepares confidential correspondence and reports as required.
-A university graduate in a relevant field. -From zero to two years experience in clerical or secretarial job. –Experience in Education Organization is a Plus.
