Description | 1. Create training plans and participate in all programs related to Sales & after sales. 2. responsible for holding the technical training for dealer’s staff and company staff plus supervising the non technical training. 3. Carries up the on Job Training for the service outlets. 4. Supervise and support other training instructors in the department. 5. Provides support to Dealers concerning technical issues. 6. Updates the studies of the technical issues to enhance the technical background. 7. Monitor and measure the progress of Technicians capabilities after Training. |
Qualifications | 1. BSc Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering. 2. 7-10 years experience with technical training. |
