Description
1.Prepare cost estimate for various aspects of works to be consolidated into overall cost estimate 2.Ability to prepare tender documents. 3.Technical writing proposal of proposals to include statement, staffing 4. Review of contracts and identification of potential risk to be considered during proposals 5.Ability to conversantly convey in writing all of information pertaining to proposals 6. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers as necessary and within required objectives 7. Understanding of various contract types, method of measurements and specifications
Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in Architectural or Fine art engineering; Interior background is highly preferred
