Description | Introduce Trade Marketing Capability to National Account team Leverage PI marketing platforms into customer initiatives and consumer promotions - act as the critical interface with the Brands Marketing teams Develop customer marketing platform and initiatives Develop Account specific promotions Develop Category reviews and NPD plans Drive initiatives that improve PI presence at the point of purchase - merchandising innovation and retail tainment Lead category management projects and initiatives within assigned categories and regions – including Range and assortment strategy, and space planning Manage Agency relationships, including projects and workflow Support the development of the Q1 Briefing Packs to Bottlers and other communication Support field on customer promotional effectiveness studies and leanings Work with Bottlers customer marketing teams to build effective marketing plans and share the best practices |
Qualifications | Ability to effectively work in a multi-gender, multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences. Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment. |
