Description | • Give administrative support to the Finance department - line manger- as appropriate. • Manages the daily calendar for line manager and coordinates scheduled appointments. • Screens incoming memos and writes financial reports, forms, correspondences and email responds independently when possible. • Maintains awareness of relevant policies and procedures. • Prepares meeting agendas and arranges for minutes and documentation. • Assists in the compilation of papers and documents. • Monitors budgetary position for expenditures falling within the responsibility of the Office. • Maintains and develops an updated filing system and database. |
Qualifications | A university degree in Commerce, English section is must. At least three years experience in the same field. |
