| Description | •Facilitate pursuing new, international markets and design the work pattern in the new market •Set the annual sales plans •Open new markets (Foreign sales) •Set the annual sales plan and budget •Execute and fulfil the export sales annual plan •Analyze all existing markets in the matter of market share, volume, profitability and expanding through continuous follow up and marketing contribution •Manage & control all the export transactions’ life cycle from the placement of orders, collection of money until the successful delivery to the clients within the assigned regions •Ensure having the best possible rates and preferred vessels’ schedules and prepare the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries •Represent the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits and seminars related to the company’s exports •Ensure the quality of service, products and after sales service to the clients. •Increase the customers satisfaction rate •Managing the exports team •Responsible for all foreign customers accounts •Responsible for managing, developing and analyzing new business opportunities for products, markets •Close follow up with customers & handling of customer complaints •Handling the sample validation procedures of any new products at the customer’s site. •Providing yearly export forecast |
| Qualifications | •Previous Experience in textiles industry is a must (upholstery) •University Graduate •At least 9 years experience in the export •At least 3 years managerial experience in distributor management •Excellent Computer skills •Fluent command in English & Arabic ( written & spoken ) •Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills •Hard worker, Result Oriented, Analytic Thinking and to be a Team Leader& player- very well organized - able to work independently under pressure-positive thinker •Available to visit responsible countries once in a month period |
