| Description | • Manages and supervises all activities in the factory, for achieving the objectives and profitability of the factory . • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. • Direct & coordinate all activities of production between different parts of the factory. • Develop, analyze and follow up the factory measures of performance. • Design the internal layout with the product flow and working stations. • Maximize the value of investment to reach more profitability. • Develop strategy and objectives of the factory and follow up implementation. • Manages complaints and comments from various departments and applies necessary corrective actions to deal with it. • Co-operates with the Administrative Manager for all administration affairs required for the factory • Implements safety measures, risk management policy and environmental procedures in the factory. • Monitors factory staff performance and evaluates them in the coordination with the Resident and the Administrative Manager. • Participates in the management reviews and meetings. • Act as management representative to deal with consultation offices to get ISO 9001 , 14001 , 18001 . |
| Qualifications | •Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position. •Excellent command of the Arabic, English languages. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to manage and motivate a team for high performance •Good problem solving and decision making abilities. •High sense of responsibility •Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines. |
