• Prepare the Provost’s Office budget submission • Advise and assist all the Schools and other relevant offices within the academic area on budget preparation and financial procedures • Review the budget submission of all schools and offices in the academic area and submit the required reports, including: Budgeted versus actual expenditures and Budget requests exceeding the authorized increase. • Coordinate and implement all financial transactions and procedures between the Provost’s Office and the relevant offices within the academic area • Monitors, report and advise on expenditures of all entities within the academic area during the current year • Assist the Director of the Office in statistical analysis, report writing and preparation of pertinent reports on faculty salaries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent computer skills, with a high focus on Excel • Ability to work on the SAP system is a plus • Willing to take initiative and very organized
