1. Receive various recruitment requests from the HR Manger and proceed in the recruitment process according to the man power plan. 2. Handle all the recruitment process, screening of C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial HR interviews and prepare short lists for the accepted ones. 3. Select the most appropriate and cost efficient recruitment method and coordinate with different recruitment agencies in fulfilling the Company’s man power demands. 4. Maintain the recruitment and exit policies 5. Gather and collect relevant job descriptions and positions specifications for recruiting and evaluating potential candidates. 6. Update the Company’s Organizational charts 7. Implement the Orientation program of the Company 8. Determine new hired employees salary according to the grading and leveling structure and accordingly prepare different job offers for candidates. 9. Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of new hired employees during the three months-probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones 10. Support Line Managers in identifying training and learning needs analysis . 11. Evaluate different training providers and ensures partnering with the best service provider with the maximum quality. 12. Maintain the technical and soft skill training
