•Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development. •Prepares job descriptions and Job announcements. •Sets plans, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring. •preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications. •Interview job applicants; and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. •Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. •Prepare and maintain company salary structure, through building job evaluation systems and complete salary survey questionnaires. •Design and conduct new employee orientations. •Administer and explain benefits to employees. •Recommend,develop and schedule training and development courses. •Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures,and documentation. •Keeps track and documentation of: interviews,hires,transfers, promotions,and terminations. •Issues regular reports on applicant flow,selection,and turnover •Carries out training needs analysis in coordination with managers and supervisors. •Prepares training budgets based on previous and current data. •Establishes training policies, programs, and schedules.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field •Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred. •2-3 years experience in HR field (Recruitment, Development, Personnel, ..etc.) •Fluent in English written and spoken. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Planning and organizing skills. •Strong Technical/Business writing skills. •Strong Interviewing skills. •Good Background in IT field. Strong user to MS office and Internet is a must. •Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. •Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. •Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. •Knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to payroll activities. •Ability to maintain the confidential information. •Multi-tasking skills. •Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
