| Description | 1. To report to the Chief Facilities Engineer 2. To supervise a team of one or two Process Engineers and out sourced consultants (based on the work load). 3. To carry out the Engineering Works required to size the different process Equipment and Pipelines for different options for the development of the existing PICO International Petroleum Fields 4. To carry out the Engineering Works required to size the different process Equipment and Pipelines for new Prospects as requested by the New Ventures Department. 5. To evaluate and propose technical solutions for problems related to the Performance of the Facilities located in PIP Oil fields. 6. To produce preliminary Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) during the Development of existing Fields and the new prospects. 7. To ensure that the HSE principles and practices are applied to the Process Facilities in the existing PIP Fields and are considered during the study of the new Developments. 8. To ensure that Consultants are carrying their Process Design Works according to the preset scope of work and the required quality |
| Qualifications | Engineering Degree 3-5 years experience years in Oil and Gas Projects. Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of appropriate specialist program and Microsoft products. Process simulation programs |
