Description	• Reviews proposals for common projects, from a delivery point of view. • Updates the Account Manager on a regular basis, on the progress and development of the Project. • Monitors the progress of the assigned Project Managers across units, ensuring that they are following the project management methodology and the project schedule. • Prepares and submits project progress reports (as needed) to the Customer Services Director. • Engages in the pre-sales role and prepares technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients. • Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager from the client’s side. • Liaises with engineering manager and services manager to allocate resources on the project, assigns work to the team, and monitors the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner. • Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise. • Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project. • Prepares the overall testing plan, indicating milestones for testing and develops the testing scenarios, acceptance criteria and risk mitigation plan. • Monitors the actual testing at all levels and reviews the testing reports prepared at all levels.
Qualifications	Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field with experience in Fiber Optical Cables installation
