| Description | 1-Establish QHSE standards and expectations, Prepare, formulate and maintain policies, guidelines and other QHSE documentation applicable to all people. 2-Register, appraise and report QHSE related incidents. Analyze their potential consequences and help define the required corrective or preventive action 3-Train all staff to understand QHSSE issues and how to comply with relevant guidelines and standards. In particular, coach and transfer knowledge to new people in QHSE department 4-Develop action plans for implementing QHSE procedures 5-Monitor programs and services in order to ensure that desired changes are effected, objectives are achieved and documents outcomes which can be attributed to changes resulting from the quality assurance program 6-Ensure that quality and HSE management systems are implemented and maintained 7-Ensure that appropriate alertness exercises are organized. This specifically includes maintaining fire-fighting capability 8-Follow up on the implementation of the predetermined objectives on individual and management bases 9-Becomes part of daily operation of the sites, resulting in world leading results in QHSE targets 10-Advise operations and technical functions on all aspects of HSE issues of the facilities e.g. development of work permit system, site safety 11-Actively pursue improvements in QHSE aspects of the business |
