DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Prepare a list of customers, perform customer visits, and support internal/external partners and customers Tasks: - Prepare a list of (existing & potential) customers and projects utilizing existing data-base and market intelligence to follow achieving sales target - Perform customer visits as per approved visit-schedule to be self-updated/follow business opportunities and getting competitor information in order to achieve/exceed sales target - Handle customer inquiries; prepare quotations (or co-ordination with partners); follow-up and negotiations to achieve sales target - Provide pre-sales technical support to partners and customers by coordinating with product expert to beat the competition and winning customer confidence - Organize customer events like seminars, workshops by presenting and coordinating with marketing staff to create customer awareness about Siemens Automation products/systems - Arrange making/renewing agreements with partners (Sis, Distributors) and updating them with products and pricing details on a regular basis - Monitor order processing by coordinating with logistic staff to ensure timely deliveries - Follow receivables in co-ordination with Commercial staff to achieve receivables target - Ensure Quality Assurance by following QA processes to achieve proper & systematic documentation Capabilities: - Excellent communication skills
Education: - Diploma/University degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant Knowledge: - Excellent command of both spoken and written English language - Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word; Excel; Power point; etc.) - Knowledge of Automation; LV switchgear; instrumentation and Drives Products/Systems - Inquiry Acquisition; Quotation preparation; Follow-up; Order Receipt - Cost Calculation - Order Processing; Receivables follow-up - Marketing & Promotion Activities Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
