Description | 1. Provides overall leadership and direct management of 3 or more outlets within the companys policies and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. 2. Creates and executes plans for sales, profit and staff development to achieve the required target for each outlet, Tracks and analyzes each outlet expenses to reduce waste expenses and to maximize profit. 3. Analyzes all store inventories and actual sales to determine each outlet sales level and profitability and plan to control food and beverage costs. 4. Coaches, develops and leads all outlets staff to provide excellent guest and cast service while meeting the companys financial objectives. 5. Visits different outlets at different time to analyze customer feedback and to ensure staff hospitality of clients and customer satisfaction, and discuss outlet’s target and budget plans to ensure that each outlet meets or exceeds monthly operating budget established and to take action when needed. |
