•Assists HR Manager to implement HRIS and manage the database to ensure integrity •Sets up and manages personnel filing system for prompt information retrieval. •Organizes and controls time keeping through weekly Time Sheets (Access Cards System). •Monitors and records all types of employee leaves (Annual, Casual, & Sick Leave). •Prepares quarterly reports to employees and Managers defining employees leave balances, days used and outstanding balances. •Administers Life and Medical Insurance: handling all additions, terminations, medical claims refunds and following up on any complaints. •Screens and administers cvs /applicants received through egypt@synovate.com, employment fairs, Job ads. •Consolidates and prepares HR reports for review. •Facilitates induction programs. •Compiles Employee Satisfaction Survey and follow up action plans. •Organizes employee relations and communication programs. •Responsible for handling & keeping all HR Forms. •Filling, writing memos, faxes….etc •Provides general HR administration support to HR Manager
University Graduate with BSc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics,Political Sciences. HR courses or certificate is a plus. 1 year experience in HR department is a plus
