Carry day to day operational tasks Providing Technical support needed in order to assure the operations continuity. Maintaining all Company desktops and supporting Company users solving any problems might be faced in any of the applications they use. Carry routine system maintenance and health check tasks at hardware, and operating systems. Provide level one troubleshooting for relevant systems. Provide periodical operational reports for management purpose. Diagnose and correct telecommunication systems and inter working problems. Escalate and report complex problems to the direct manager. Dimension the core network for future services and capacity requirements. Data collection and analysis. Diagnosing any problem related to other IT tasks and providing the needed support to the user till getting it solved. Perform any other task assigned by direct manager.
Academic Degree: Bsc of Communication –Fresh Graduation or one year of experience in IT support field. MCP certified is must and MCDST/MCSA or MCSE is preferred Good knowledge of English language ( reading and writing ) Very good communication skills. Organized & Hard worker MS Office Applications - Windows XP. - Very good network troubleshooting experience - Good understanding and practice of server environment Domain controller - ISA Server.
