| Description | •Excellent experience in drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts in English and Arabic or bilingually. •Act as an excellent legal adviser and can draft legal opinions for different subjects. •Provide legal interpretation of laws and decrees. •Prepare and supervise the procedures of the meetings of the Board of Directors legally in both English & Arabic. •Investigating violations, reviewing and supervising Internal investigations for the Banks, Companies. •Handle legal matters with different Governmental entities. •Organizing tenders and auctions from the legal point of view. •Assist in liaising with external legal counsels. •Follow up obtaining the legal documentations, licenses, certificates, Judgments according to the applied laws and the procedures. |
