| Description | Responsible for the Managing & Supervising the administration, facilities, including (Maintenance, Security, cleaning, Fleet, Warehouse, etc) of the factory. - Direct and coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities of industrial organization. - maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment - Responsible for the Managing & Supervising the administration of the Warehouses - Supervise Renovations & site planning / Management activates. - Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs - To follow up on renewing and issuing all types of insurance certificates for factory assets including but not limited to robbery, fire. - Responsible for delivering different administrative services through paying expenses on time (rental cost, telephone lines, and electricity) to ensure sustainability of services. - Train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances. - Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. |
