| Description | 1- Supervise the preparation of studies and technical research - Develop goals and plans to develop products and production processes in the light of directives of the annual Director-General. - Supervise the implementation of programs and plans of the Department of research and development and evaluation and to identify deviations and to propose ways to address the causes and submit them to the Director General. - Supervise the preparation of studies on the analysis of market factors affecting the companys products in addition to access to the results of market studies to identify the wishes and interests of consumers and reflected on the product development process. - Supervise the preparation of technical studies on the analysis of the production processes currently used to improve and make adjustments. - Supervise the preparation of technical studies on the development of products in terms of quality, cost and compliance with the technical specifications. - See all the specialized publications related to the companys products, studied and analyzed to find what could contribute to the development of products and production processes |
