| Description | - Production planing and execution as per sales requirement. - Achieve “Target production quantity” & "Plant Availability". - Sustain material balance of Raw material,Semi-finished,Finished goods and packing material.Book & actual stock compliance. - Sustain product Yields as per standard. - Monthly utility consumption "Budget vs Actual" balance. - Weekly,Monthly report preparation and reporting. - Active participation in new development activity. - Training and development of team members and team Building. - Sustaining and improving plant preventive maintenance. - Ensure work standard as per Quality Management Systems. - Sustain plant preventive maintenance schedules. |
| Qualifications | - Proficient in understanding & applying all “Person & Process Safety Tools”. - Proficient in understanding all “Chemical Processes & Unit operations”. - Proficient in management of batch & continuous process plants comprising of person & process safety. - Production quantity, quality and plant maintenance. Exposure to automation of Processes through PLC and DCS. - Proficient in sustaining Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14000, 18000 OSHAS. |
