•To maintain and monitor service levels through measuring performances to achieve top systems and staff productivity. •Select, recruit and train Call Center Agents. •Design performance measurement metrics. •Design scripts for effective product presentation. •Resolve customer related issues. •Call monitoring, coaching and feedback of Call Center Agents. •Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
•University Graduate. •3-5 years experience . •Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes. •Exceptional analytical and listening skills. •Ability to operate well in a call center team environment. •Familiarity with several voice-logging systems and tools.
