| Description | 1-Review overdue rentals list prepared by Rental Collection division in order to figure out all those lessees who are unable to pay their rentals or whose rentals are overdue. 2- Check and monitor lessee’s credit file in order to keep information about the current rental status of lessee (be it outstation parties). 3- To handle default cases the jobholder send system-generated notices & reminders to lessee/defaulters. Interact with Law department for preparing these notices and reminders. 4- Responsible for speedy recovery of the overdue rentals. Follow up overdue rentals by sending reminders & notices. Inform top management in case of defaults so that the case is settled down. 5- Keep management informed about lessee’s current rental status and all default cases. For resolving the default cases, the jobholder has to act as a representative of the organization in the court. |
| Qualifications | 1-Bachelor degrees (Preferably Law) 2- Minimum 2 years experience in a financial institute or bank. 3- Professional demeanor & appearance. |
