Description	Provide solutions that meets the business requirements Develop an optimized code that meets the system coding standards Ensure that the developed code is in the Source Safe. Deliver a well documented code Deliver projects and/or ad hoc accurate migrations on the agreed time Support Analyst during technical testing Support user acceptance testers with their testing if they need any help Try to debug any problem facing the business Support the business with running any developed applications
Qualifications	The successful candidate should be degree educated in a computer related discipline with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a Developer role within a large organization. He/She should also possess significant knowledge of client server and Internet systems architectures and facilitate effective team interaction. Naturally, He/She will have organizational skills and general business skills with excellent communication capabilities. Strong Analytical skills, Self Motivated, Capable of- working in teams under demanding circumstances. 2+ years experience in programming .NET windows application using VB.NET or C#. 2+ years experience in programming PL/SQL for ORACLE 9i or later. Very Good understanding of Object Orientated Concepts. Experience with crystal reports. Good experience in working with MS-SQL Server. General understanding of computer networks. Experience with Web Services is a plus.
