Description | Develop daily quality checklist, perform timely audit and take corrective actions when required. Check the quality and quantity of raw and cooked food products for quality control. Inspect the receiving and storage of raw material, food supplies, canteen equipment and silverware, maintain strong compliance to sanitation standards and best practices, and enforce personnel hygiene. Inspect preparation, quantity food production and servicing processes for maximum conformance to established standards. Estimate amounts and costs of required ingredients for food production; report any deviation from the agreed-upon terms and conditions with the supplier to Site Affairs Management. Collaborate with caterer personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus,- when necessary -guide cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food. Systematically receive customer feedback and resolve internal customer complaints. Prepare Hot and Cold dishes in the company banquets in the social club. |
