Description | • Handle all correspondence (E-mail, faxes, Telephone, memos, reports) • Responsible for filling system (Drafts correspondence, reports, documents and Other written materials) • Typing official documents & letters. • Organizing office maintenance and repair work. • Provide support and to interact with other departments • Setup and coordinate meetings and workshops • Maintains calendars; schedules and coordinates appointments for CEO. • Managing all travel arrangements (Hotel reservations for company visitors meet & assist, flight tickets and visas). - Writing various kinds reports • Administer different types of meetings needs in terms of office supplies & equipments. • Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products/services, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design and overseeing advertising campaigns. |
